Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the ug888 Platform. You must not share your login details with any third party. ug888 will treat any activity conducted using your Account credentials as having been authorized by you, and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ug888 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
ug888 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal request or at any time ug888 deems appropriate for compliance purposes. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. ug888 will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receiving a complete documentation set.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ug888 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation into your Account. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ug888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits that cannot be matched to the registered Player's identity may be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. ug888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees for which ug888 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ug888 Account. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a third-party account under any circumstances. ug888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully satisfied prior to processing. ug888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for bank transfers and under thirty seconds for e-wallet transactions; however, these are target times and not guaranteed service levels.
All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, Wagers, winnings, and Bonus Fund credits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug888 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any funds transferred to ug888 in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion costs are borne by the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ug888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account Balances after written notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.
ug888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x Wagering Requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 using the bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Sports betting wagers and live casino games typically contribute 100% of the staked amount toward the Wagering Requirement. Slot contributions vary by title. Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, certain table games and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from Wagering Requirement calculations. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. The validity period for each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
ug888 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically balanced Wagers solely to clear Wagering Requirements; using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms; or any other strategy that ug888 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. ug888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the Accounts of any Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type in the ug888 Sportsbook. In the event of a conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the sport-specific rules prevail for the purpose of bet settlement. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to return a profit; one losing leg voids the parlay. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published in the Sportsbook help section.

Upon Account closure by ug888 for cause, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.
